I’m Rosanna Covacich, Founder of The Place Atelier based between London and Milan, working internationally.

For two decades I worked as a brand strategist and cultural advisor across some of the most demanding categories in business - financial services, luxury, destination brand, hotels and real estate. What that breadth taught me was how cultural legitimacy is built and how directly it determines whether an investment stands the test of time.

I now work with founders of boutique hotels, membership clubs and destinations when the concept is still fluid and decisions being made will either protect or undermine long-term value.

My work ensures a place is culturally coherent – the location, the audience, the experience and the story belong together.

I have worked with founding teams across Europe, the Middle East and Australia, including as Chief Creative Officer in Residence for one of the most recognised hospitality brand concepts and expansions of recent years.
